About The Event
Together, we will embark on a journey known as shavayatra which means inner pilgrimage through the body. Within your body, your unconscious and subconscious minds will travel to spaces where they find emotions, thoughts or experiences that may have been tucked away and in a safe place can be witnessed and even released with practice. This can be a powerful yet gentle way to release old trauma, relieve stress and anxiety, gain nourishment from the sleep-like state, and weave with intention into a space of deep manifestation. Join us and drop in to yourself as we practice mindfully and intentionally around the New Moon.

*Bring a cup for herbal tea
