Wellness Wednesdays
Join us for a monthly wellness workshop at Blissful Being Wellness in Grants Pass.
Experience rejuvenating activities and learn valuable tips for a healthier lifestyle. Community building and social engagement is fostered in this monthly setting as we learn and grow together!
Topics may include: Tea blending, Meditation/Movement, Herbal education, Mindfulness practices, Self massage techniques and more!
Each workshop is $30 for attendance; cost of materials may be extra depending on nature of class ($10-25).
